Rates:*

•  $550.00* per night or $3000.00 per  week for up to 8 guests.
•  Add $50 per night or $250 weekly for  each additional guest. Maximum home occupancy of 12 total subject to advance approval.
•  50% non-refundable payment required  to secure reservation.
•  Call or e-mail for monthly or longer  term rentals.

• $500.00 refundable damage deposit  required
•  Children age two and over counted as  paying guests
•  Three night minimum (Five night  minimum during holiday period)
•  Add 25% to rates during holiday periods  (New Year’s, Easter, Mardi Gras, Day of  the Dead, Christmas)
