Hacienda Clemente Jacques and a second smaller home, Villa San Clementito, form Tepoztlan-Vacation-Rentals.com in a ten acre walled and gated compound. On-site staff and management reside in separate homes in the compound.
The Hacienda has a central courtyard that includes covered patio, providing ample opportunity for outdoor entertaining.
Just beyond the courtyard is the Hacienda's swimming pool with its unparalleled views of the valley below.
The Hacienda affords many unique and inviting spaces where you can rest, read, meditate, enjoy the sunshine, or take in the views.
Guests of Hacienda Clemente Jacques and Villa San Clementito have access to the private tennis court in the compound.
Where is Tepoztlan
Tepoztlan is south of Mexico City. Driving distance is 50 miles.
Travel time from the airport in Mexico City is 1 to 1 1/2 hours by taxi or rental car.
Some guests opt to take the Pullman luxury bus service from the airport to nearby Cuernavaca, followed by a short 20 minute taxi ride to Tepoztlan.
How to Get Around in Tepoztlan
The Hacienda is a 5 minute drive from Tepoztlan.
Taxis are moderately priced in Mexico. Car fare from Tepoztlan to the Hacienda is approximately $5.00 USD. Make sure and agree to fare before getting in taxi.
Public transportation, locally known as "combis" or "peseros," drive past the Hacienda every 15 to 20 minutes. Fare to Tepoztlan or nearby Amatlan is about 50 cents USD.
Rental cars are available at the Mexico City airport, as well as close by Cuernavaca.
